My business is cleaning out asphalt railcars. This generator runs my 16,800 BTU air-conditioning unit along with two electric Hilti TE-1000 jackhammers simultaneously. And I still have an outlet to charge headlamps. It's a little heavy and takes two people to load it into my Tacoma. However, Amazon had a ramp which will support the weight and I can now load and unload it myself. Furthermore, I live about a half-mile from the beach in South Mississippi. I haven't had to use it yet but there should be no problem running my essentials in case of a hurricane.

Bought this model after Irma. We were without power for 7 days and I said never again! Have used it several times over the 2 years, and never been disappointed. We have a 2400 sq ft mobile home that has a 5 ton ac. We had our electrician put in the safety breaker at the pole (I don't think that's a transfer switch, but can't remember the name) . Anyway, all I do is go out and turn the main breaker off, and shift it to the generator breaker. The first time we turned it on we had the entire house going....ac, well, lights, appliances. Handled everything, except all of a sudden it went off. We figured it must have been the water heater and we were right. Now we just turn that breaker off if we need to, then later shut the ac off for awhile while the water heats up. Love this machine!!

I am 75 and was concerned about the assembly of the generator. With no strong neighbors nearby, I was not sure I could add the wheels and other add-ones. I found the strength (and assembly videos) that allowed me to use leverage to handle the weight of the generator.
I am proud of myself and look forward to the security provided by my Champion Model 100110.

Talked to a real person that helped in deciding which generator to buy for power outages, very helpful. Generator was delivered on time and with no issues. Generator has only been started 2 times for testing but fired up on a 0 degree day which made me happy. Thanks.

Customer Service at Champion Power Equipment is absolutely terrible. I have never been able to get through to them. I have held on line for over 45 minutes, at times, with no contact to a human being. They are not interested in helping their customers. Very upsetting.

We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you call at peak hours, wait times can be high indeed. If you call towards 5PM PT, your wait time may be as little as 5 minutes for example. Easy to start. Plenty fuel capacity. Like having the ability to have power in an emergency. Gonna have to rig a tongue on the bottom so that I can move it around with my side by side because of my disability. But I got power when I need it.

This generator is easy to set up and crank up..had a electrician come out and hook up a plug to house and it ran more than expected..my pool pump...all lights a fridge and still had power...haven't ran it long just trying out and making sure we will have some lights and some heat...with these crazy times..
