Live in no calif / power out 21/2 days , Ran large frig , 32" tv & gas firepace (ran fireplace blower ) I really did not pur for this but ran & did job ( just added fuel)

I bought this to power a fish house for ice fishing in the winter. Stored it in the back of my truck overnight got to 15 to 20 below. I did not think I had a prayer of getting it started after about 10 pulls it started. I cycled it between run and choke for about 30 seconds to keep it going and it ran fine, very impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody.
I love it, I recommend using it with the high octane non-oxygenated fuel in other words premium gas with no ethanol. I did have one problem I overloaded it one morning. It would start but wouldn't put out any power called customer service, immediately was able to talk to someone. They told me what I was doing wrong and it's worked ever since. No regrets at all for buying this.

Kept ethenol free fuel in them for over two years emptied fuel, put fresh in after not running since 2019, one started with two cranks, the second in first crank. These are truly superior pieces of machinery. Highly reccomend.

This is a well-engineered product, that includes output voltage waveform control for a cleaner output power, suitable for sensitive appliances, such as computers and other sensitive devices. It is not very heavy and portable at about 50 pounds by one person. Starts easy and not very noisy. The noise level might be less than 60 dB. Good household device to have in case of extended utility power failure.

This product will not start and I cannot get any assistance whatsoever on this product. I have been hung up on on the phone and called back and still waiting. I have had this product for a whole afternoon and will not start. I have read and complied to the letter on how to start and troubleshoot.

Perfect for RVers, ran it next to a Honda and no noticeable difference in the noise level at idle or under load. Excellent value, why would you pay $800 more for an item that is seldom used. Very happy with product.
