Bought this generator to run one air conditioner, fridge, hot water heater in my camper and needless to say it barely ran the air conditioner. If I was to do over I would buy two cheaper ones and parallel them together. Don't buy one buy two if you want these.

The unit works exactly as described. We have put over 80 hours on it so far and no issues. We really enjoy the long run time that it has. The only complaint is the oil drain plug is in a poor location to the service panel.

Bought one, run it for 3 hours and it stopped running properly. Took it in for repairs it has been 2 weeks and have not heard anything. I was told it could be 3 months. Our camping season is only about 6 months. For 30 years I've had a Onan Generator and never had this kind of problem, that's why I bought this one.

Worked great for first few outings. Now doesn’t work and gives a F:00 error code. Support is beyond worthless. Didn’t the company invent the codes? Shouldn’t you know what they mean? Buy a Honda.

Worst Product And Service Ever!

I bought this generator more than two months ago and I still can't use it, Power Equipment that sold the item doesn't take any responsibility after delivery so please take care and search for a better dealer or you WILL get stuck. The HONDA similar model is way better but of course, you have to pay a little more. BUT I'm sure it's worth the extra penny.

I had a problem first test actually using it in the real world and not testing it. It would keep overloading with nothing on. Had to keep going out and hitting the reset breaker. Now while I was testing it I was able to run 3900 watts no problem, I don't know what happened that first camping trip but seems ok now.

I haven't used it a lot yet. What I have used of it so far so good. Starts up every time no problems. It's easy to move around . Super quiet you can carry on a normal conversation standing right over it , "very nice piece of equipment".
