Being in a rural area of Southern California, we were getting power outages quite often. We decided to order a Generac 26kw generator and I finished the installation this morning. I had to get customer support to help on the phone app and get the WiFi to work. Once that was completed, the generator ran as expected during the test run and now I can rest knowing I’m in control for power outages.

You bet I do...! Best thing since sliced bread...! (to coin a phrase..!) We have been having more and more outages over the past 6 months and Pacific Power have warned us we could be experiencing them more often...!! (??). Should have bought a Generac much earlier. You guys should do a better selling job...! I'm sure many more folks would like to have a no power outage life especially now that power seems to becoming in short supply. Thank you...!

Generator arrived well packaged and undamaged. Unfortunately I was never contacted by the shipping company to arrange so it was dropped off without prior knowledge of when it would arrive.
Was installed by our electric contractor and ran without hesitation. However the charging system isn’t working and has already killed one battery, hopefully electrician can figure out the issue.

Was so excited about my purchase UNTIL, OUT OF BOX NEW GENERATOR WOULD NOT WORK. called for help was tole to contact for warranty work, could not get anyone that was recommended for repairs for 2 to 3 months. Left on my own, with 9000.00 plus electric and gas cost plus plumber costs totaling almost 13,000 and still not working after 6 weeks. I did find a really nice man that is a Generac repairman and he is doing his best to get repair parts, but Generac is beyond slow SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. FIND A COMPANY THAT CARES AND GUARANTEES 24 HOUR SERVICE OR AT LEAST HELPS WITH IN 48 HOURS. $13,000 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING GENERATOR. What is wrong with you people is this how you think customers should be treated???????????????
