We most likely overbought when getting these two gennies for our camper to (mainly) run the a/c when boondocking. Got to give it to Honda, they really are the kings of quiet, small gennies. Although expensive (when compared to the competition) you're paying for superior engineering and quality. They're also quiet. I was surprised, however, at how quickly 7 hours went by and both tanks ran out of gas. I understand there is a propane gas conversion kit available that will give you way more running time - but then you have to haul an additional two tanks of propane - doubling the weight & volume of your power generating equipment.

Very happy with my purchase. Have owned many Honda products for years. Needed a lite setup for my RV, specifically the AC unit. Set up, break in was a breeze. Have tested it and it’s working fine. Will really put it to the test very soon.

Ran out of gas, refilled would not start. Could not run AC on single generator. Plug carbon up really bad. I'm a 43 year heavy equipment mechanic. Check oil levels ok. Going to have to find repair dealer.

Love this generator package. The quality if evident. Simple to operate. Electric Generators Direct shipped it immediately. My only concern is that the generators are inverter type with floating ground. I still have not been able to receive a definitive answer whether I need to use a special plug for ”neutral-ground bonding” to use when powering a camper trailer safely, or did Honda somehow take this into count during the design?
