A bit on the pricey side, but the quality is unmistakable. Filled it with oil, bolted on the wheels, and it starts right up and purrs like a kitten, very quiet even at full tilt. At five times as expensive as it's competitors I am expecting a long trouble free life. It's a Honda.

If you want to spend a lot of money on one the best generators built on the planet then buy this thing. I decided long ago that I want a Honda and I wanted a Honda 7000is. It is super quiet, starts right up every time, I use the bluetooth on my iphone (without fail). I don't care if I could get a cheaper gen just read the reviews. It was delivered without a problem. The delivery company called me so I knew when they were coming. The delivery guy put it right in my garage. My son and I unpacked it, put together and boom everything done. By the way, the generator in packed by Honda in a secure box with plywood on top and bottom to protect during delivery. No damage. I was not charged for the generator until it was delivered. I waited about 5 weeks.

This generator is awesome! On my hunting lease others had Hondas and i was constantly being tormented on how loud my old generator was. Now that I have a Honda as well - that should end a lot of ribbing for me. The bluetooth features are awesome as well.

Have not fired it up yet. Appears to be very well built and designed properly. I purchased because I am confident that it will serve us for a long time. Nice to know if needed I will be able to keep my family comfortable come what may. Going to keep it indoors till it’s time to use it then power boiler, two fridges, well pump and some lighting. It’s heavy but easily maneuverable because of well balance design and large wheels/handle. Big fan of the fact that it’s fuel injected. One of the only models available. I have had nothing but problems (mostly carburetor issues) with small engines because of the ethanol in regular gasoline. Fuel injection will get me around those issues and keep it running properly when I need it the most.

I cannot believe how quiet this is. I watched a ton of videos and on a ton of quiet generators. This is by far the best. Amazing how you can check everything through your phone. I wish I had not wasted so much money trying to do at the cheap way. If you need over 3000w Just save the money and get the correct one. I have tried the cheap stuff and nothing compares. Wish I would’ve listen to people. Anyways I have a bunch of used generators I want to sell.🤣

Love honda products. I have 2 eu2000 gennys that I have used without complaints for several years. I'm very excited about my eu7000. I haven't used it for an emergency yet but have confidence it will never fail me. It took a long time to arrive during covid. It was shipped on a pallet. Packaged very well to protect it. Easy to assemble. Just need to add the wheels and feet. Need to add oil. Wish they sent a container of oil to fill it instead of having to run out to get my own. After I charged the battery I added gas and it fired right up. Turned it off and the used pull cord and also fired right up. Very quiet. I turned off the power to my home and switched my interlock to genny power and started turning on many breakers. It is able to handle all of the breakers i needed. Very happy and now ready for any emergency. I just ordered my gentent too. Only thing that is tough to swallow is the price tag on this genny but you get what you pay for. Good luck with your genny folks..
