Reliance Controls THP101 Reviews & Ratings

Review Posted 06/09/2007
I've used volt-snoopers for years with great success. In a large, busy electrical department in a full service high end hardware store this tool made short shrift of various project or emergency restoration determinations in a huge building converted from a grocery store to a full-service hardware outlet with uncounted outlets and panels to be found lord-only knew where. This tool save hundreds of man hours a year in just determining whether or not a receptical was "hot" or not. Highly useful and recommended tool for professionals and part-timers, too.

Product Questions
Answered by Jared, the Generator Expert
Does the Reliance Controls Non-Contact Voltage detector only work with 110 lines? I have a 220-line in my basement that I hope is cut off, but I'd like to know for sure. Will this do it?
Thanks,
Myles
