For our entry into the consumer product market, we’ve taken that experience and created a line of portable generators that are designed to outperform everything else on the market. We’ve incorporated a modified racing engine rated at 2000+ hours into full featured generators which boast a square steel frame for enhanced stability and durability; heavy duty drop handles and large run-flat tires for easy mobility; electronic run time meter for monitoring engine service life; covered electrical outlets to protect against moisture; low oil automatic shut off to prevent engine damage and an easy-on keyed electric start with recoil option to make starting safe and easy. This model is ideal for small homes, large RVs and professional use. In addition to its 4 covered GFCI outlets, it offers a 120V 50A RV outlet and a120V/240V 30A twist outlet as well as a separate 120V twist outlet and a 12V DC plug. It also includes a remote control on/off so you can start the generator from inside your house and up to 300 feet away.

I got the generator, was happy put it together and started it up run great things looked really good went to plug in for ele and nothing checked everything out and still no juice. I call the 800 # on packing slip. Give her the #'s she needed and it took about 30 seconds to tell me what was wrong. It was a volation reg that did not work and was told we will nextday part to me.

A week and half later I found that the part is being ready for delivery on the next Thursday. ( Not much I could do but to wait). When the part came in, we took off the old (brand new) and put on the replacement part, not the of the one we took off but it worked. So i ordered the generator because I needed it right to work. So after I got it to work with "new" part. It seems to be doing okay at this time. If the girl new within 30 seconds what was wrong with Generator. Why could they just send one that has been fixed by the company. My goal is from this point is not to buy any other stuff from this company.
