All arrived as described, easy "assembly", runs like a champ. Left the unit on a furniture moving dolly for easy moving in garage. Swivel casters with wide wheels in place of front legs might be a worthwhile addition.

Unit arrived with discharged battery. Once charged, it started and ran smoothly. Embarrassed to admit that it took a call to customer service to determine that gfi breakers were tripped resulting in no power on 110 outlets. Would have helped if gfi reset were a contrasting color to black outlets. It took a bit of time to get a representative in customer service. However, she was helpful and quickly zeroed in on my "problem".

As a single senior citizen, I reached out to my electrician for recommendations for a portable generator. He recommended this model which is well built and has dual fuel options. I have not needed to use it yet, but after having my son-in--law set it up and show me how to operate it, I feel confident that I will easily be able to use it if I lose power. It provides good peace of mind.

Needed a larger generator with more amps to power my new well pump. Large fuel capacity, electric start, propane fuel option along with a built in battery tender giving piece of mind for easy start up are great features. Provides power for the whole house. So far, definitely will recommend

Have 2 of these - one will not hold consistent frequency. I might get 3 days where it will work ok then the next the charger unit disconnects because the frequency runs away - I've seen 72-78hz. The other unit has been more reliable in that sense but sometimes is difficult to start.

I have had my generator for about a year at this point and am thrilled with the performance. As a contractor I have owned many generators over the years so I feel like I know a good one when I see it. I bought this to use during construction of my off-grid camp and it has worked flawlessly for about 800 hours now. I built a small enclosure for it, plumbed it directly to my 1,000 gal. underground LP tank, and wired a feed into my electrical panel. My builders love it. They simply push the button to start it and run any AC powered tools off the few receptacles we have installed. I have a couple generators that cost thousands of dollars so I didn't really expect much considering I paid less that $1,000.00. This unit is the best value for the money I have ever had in a generator. You can't go wrong with this Westinghouse.
