How to Order Your Generator for Local Pick-up

You can purchase one of these local pick-up eligible emergency generators by calling Electric Generators Direct at (800) 800-3317.

Saturday Phone Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST

Please note: You must call Electric Generators Direct to place an order for pick-up. A representative will place your order and give you a Ferguson order number. This is the order number you will use to pick up your generator.  Your Electric Generators Direct order number will not work for local pick-up at these pick-up locations.

In most cases, your generator will be available for pick-up an hour after you place your order.

 

How to Pick Up Your Generator

Arrive at the designated location during pick-up hours. Be sure to have the following items with you:

• A copy of your purchase receipt
• Your Ferguson order number, available from an Electric Generators Direct service representative (not your Electric Generators Direct order number)
• A photo ID (the name on the order must match the ID of the person picking it up)
