I ordered the generator to replace a 13 KW Generac that I had installed when we built the house 6 years ago. We are ready to move up in size, power few more things when we lose power from our provider. In the six years, we were blessed to have the Generac 13 KW to lean on and if you know Houston TX, it can get pretty uncomfortable without AC and literally the Generac saved our lives. Look forward to this new Generac and the additional rooms we can now have service to.

Had PERRO elec. of Rockdale ,IL PAUL install generator. Did all the work himself and was in /out in no time. He knows what he is doing, no mess. Used it two times, no problems GREAT PIECE OF MIND. They stay in touch to make sure you have no problems. NOT TO MANY COMPANIES DO THAT ANYMORE.

We found them to be very knowledgeable and handled the installation without any problems. Have not had to have the unit working yet, but feel very comfortable that it will cover any of our worries regarding electrical outages in our area.

We are extremely happy with our purchase, there have been times when the power went out in our area and we were stuck with no power, no heat no lights and just really cold during the winter time, or really heavy rainstorm... My husband saw a commercial for Generac and there was no doubt in his mind that we needed this in our house. This is the best investment we made to our house since we bought it!! When the power goes off Generac comes on within seconds and I do mean seconds!! Thank you guys!!😉

We have been very pleased with the Generac Service people. They have been very prompt and easy to work with. He went into great detail to show me how to retrieve the service info on the generator.
We had a 15 KW before and with the 16 KW you can choice for the test to come on every other week instead of weekly. Plus the time is cut down from 12 minutes a week to 5 minutes every other week, therefore Saving propane.
Thanks Generac for your excellent service. It's also a better looking unit too.

I replaced an older generator with a model 1 size bigger. Entire sale took less than 7 minutes and that was due to the sales lady having to investigate a technical issue had.

Followed the install directions as before. Had to make a few adjustments to meet local electrical code and mechanical code standards. All went well. Only issue was that the internal clock of the generator seems to be losing time. Actual exercise cycle of the generator keeps moving back about 5 minutes a week. When I checked the clock when owner said it wasn't always the same time it was 20 minutes off. Not sure what is happening, will call Generac on this.
