Tried on my 15 btu air conditioner, started right up, the pair idled up for the start up and then settled back down after it was on. My trailer also has electric/gas water heater with a 12volt charger for my batteries. All of that on at one time drew a overload on the units, so I will either run the a/c and then the water heater/charger combo separate. Other than that they are great to have and quiet. I also have a larger Champion 4375 watt, very noisy and heavy. Hondas ran past 10:30 at night with no complaints from my fellow campers 10 feet away.

I love these generators, quite and run a lot cooler than I expected. Good on gas and really pack the power for what I needed. I operate a 31 foot sailboat with 12,000 btu heat pump with no problems at all. I also operate running lights and a small 115 volt refrigerator. Easy operation and start very well. Just a great all around generator set and with a 2 year warranty included.

Last weekend was our first time camping using our generators and I can honestly say they performed flawlessly. We was able to run our whole electrical system with them including our 13,500btu air conditioner and microwave. The air conditional is louder than both generators. I highly recommend this kit.

I purchased these two Honda generators for situations that arise while on the road RVing. I use a single EU2000 most of the time for lights and battery recharge but I hook them together with the parallel cables for 30A service to run one air conditioner or my air compressor. I do find myself using them around the house also. Don't be fooled, Honda is the best. All the others are trying to play catch up.
