Good quality, controller more complex than necessary. No generator operation or installation manuals included. Everything online, not practical to carry a computer to job site in mud and rain!!! Over 150 pages to print. Will purchase Generac next time.

Unit arrived so quickly. Installation was pretty easy. I ran cat 6 cable from the gen set to my router but still cannot get it to connect to the internet. I have not yet given up, still fighting to make the connection. Other than that, power went out recently and it quickly restored my power within seconds and ran for 6 hours. It is much quieter than expected.

All I can say, this is a work horse. We just installed this unit at a large home. This 26 is very compact and easy to fit in tight areas.
