System was fairly easy to connect just had to get it close enough to the main breaker box so all the wires would reach, will now be much easier when the electric goes off to plug the cord in, start the generator and flip the switches.

Everything worked to perfection. Have tested the product post installation and very pleased with this. Now I am confident I will not have to worry about food storage going to waste and being in the dark after the last power outage lasting numerous hours. Thawing of freezer contents was starting in. That's when I bought the generator and ran extension cords to power critical circuits. I researched and found this to be a great solution for my needs.
Also, this has ample circuits to also supply power to other necessary circuits to keep me informed with tv and internet powered up.

I was tired of running extension cords after severe weather/power outages in south Florida. My electrician had the whole kit installed, wired, and tested in about four hours.

Have some electrical experience but from early 1970's so brushed up with the Reliance tutorials on you tube,excellent by the way, and thought it looked doable on my part. After figuring out which circuits needed to be included, the rest went like a breeze. So far so good as have not needed the unit , but when the time comes figure my gen set will be functional in less than five minutes. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone with some electrical skills.

I was very pleased with this transfer switch and how easy it was to get set up. I hired an electrician for the install and he commented on how simple things were. I ordered the 10 breaker switch and I can now power almost my whole house in case of an emergency.
