We are elderly and 30 minutes from our family. If power goes down we now have back up emergency service. We can start it easily and love the duel system for fuel. My husband knows I can operate it if he is not available. Great product. Very satisfied and we wanted a Champion

When I purchased the generator ( champion 200973 ) there was a flyer that said if I entered on line I would receive a free Champion tee shirt. That was over two months ago and still have not received my tee shirt.

The first had a totally broken control face, this the second has bolts missing out of the controls face board, would suggest bypassing this unit and move on to another. Let me say this is the first terrible product I have had to deal with from Direct. Did not have the time or patience to return this the second champion generator. All of the other items from Direct have been 5 star so I would only recommend avoiding champion products. AGAIN QC IS TERRIBLE.

Nice generator. Love that it is dual fuel as my preference is to use propane first. Easy to setup and use. I would have given it 5 stars for quality but the panel was cracked when I received it. Waiting for a new panel from Champion to be delivered.
